Qualifications

Everyone, including myself, has had that irritating call to an IT/Support/Tech guy who always asks the scripted, “Did you try rebooting it?” The call that takes hours and still does not fix your problem. People deserve better. I would like the opportunity to provide them with a better experience that values them and their time. I may not have a shelves filled with fancy certificates, but; I believe that I can provide people with a unique take on IT Support. I want to use my passion for technology to help others become enthusiastic about it as well.
